Enterprise Rent-A-Car at 125 Morgantown Road, Reading, Pennsylvania.

This place is terrible! When I got the car I made sure to clarify how they charge for usage as I wasn't sure if I needed the car the entire day. I was told I only pay for what I use and if I return early it would be prorated. Well that didn't happen and I was charged for the entire day even though I returned the car early. I was very nice when I mentioned it to the manager but he did absolutely nothing! He was supposed to call their accounting department to see what compensation they could give me for his miscommunication but it's been over a week and I have not gotten the promised phone call. This employee had a complete lack of knowledge on the service they sell and how it's billed so I simply cannot recommend this branch to anybody especially since they told me it was my fault and now I have to pay for his miscommunication. I am never using this branch again and I suggest you do the same!
