SO FIT has been a life-changing experience thus far and it’s only the beginning! The trainers here not only focus on your overall physical fitness, strength, and flexibility they value your mental health and nutrition as well.....all aspects of health! I am going on my fifth month at So Fit and it has been a wonderful experience. The gym is very clean and organized which I am particular about. So Fit and the staff have exceeded my expectations and set the bar extremely high. I recommend this gym I call a second home for those who are willing to work hard and are determined to overcome anything that has seemed like an obstacle in their fitness journey!
