You would think going to a corporate sprint store that they will help you. But the employees in this store are the most unhelpful people I have ever dealt with. I went there with a bunch of questions and concerns. Every single answer the man gave me was "I can't help you with that." If you can't help me with simple tasks like looking at my account which is right in front of your face on your computer screen, then what good are you? With the manager standing there listening to everything and not jumping in to help, I could tell that no-one cared about helping a long time customer out. After wasting a half hour there with nothing accomplished whatsoever, I headed to another sprint store which wasn't corporate. I spent five minutes at that store and they helped me with everything. Needless to say, do not waste your time going to this coorporate store. They apparently can't help you with anything.
